We called our castles a constructor for a reason. In this set the towers and walls can be rearranged and transformed in different ways. The set includes watchtowers, fortress walls, city gates, figurines of soldiers, ladders for the siege of the castle by enemy troops, a catapult that shoots "real" shells; a smithy where the best armors in the kingdom are forged, and a well with spring water. Returns or replacements are only accepted if the item has not been used and remains in its original condition.
Replacement of item can NOT be proceeded until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, a refund will be processed WHEN the product is received by us in good condition. All expenses related to the return shipping of the item are the responsibility of the buyer. If you decide to return or replace an item, please calculate the return shipping costs with your local postal service. COMPENSATION FOR RETURNED ITEMS
Compensation for a returned item will only be processed after the item is received and its condition is verified. If the inspection reveals any damage, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or provide a partial refund if the item's condition can be restored.
REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PARTS
If certain parts are accidentally damaged during assembly, we can manufacture new parts for replacement and send them to the buyer. However, the shipping costs for these replacement parts will be covered by the buyer.
If a buyer reports an issue with their order, such as missing items or damaged parts, they must provide video evidence proving our fault within 12-24 hours of their initial request.
If no video evidence is submitted within the specified timeframe, we will only refund 30% of the item’s value.
All evidence, including photos and videos, should be sent to our email address.

Customs fees incurred during the shipment of the order, in case of a return or order cancellation, are the responsibility of the buyer.

- For EU and UK

If you're in Australia, aim for one order with a value under $600. Etsy will collect GST for orders under $1000 AUD.
