Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information on Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Considering the dimensions of your parcel, buyers are responsible for paying customs fees and import taxes. The amount of taxes depends on the laws of your country, typically ranging from $50 to $70 USD. NestWoodStudio is not liable for these charges.

If you refuse the shipment and do not wish to pay customs duty, upon return of the item to us, we do not compensate for shipping costs and do not refund the customs duty charged on the parcel
Returns or replacements are only accepted if the item has not been used and remains in its original condition.
Replacement of item can NOT be proceeded until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, a refund will be processed WHEN the product is received by us in good condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item is exchanged.
❗Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.
All expenses related to the return shipping of the item are the responsibility of the buyer. If you decide to return or replace an item, please calculate the return shipping costs with your local postal service. Oversized packages may incur higher fees, so ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Compensation for a returned item will only be processed after the item is received and its condition is verified. If the inspection reveals any damage, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or provide a partial refund if the item's condition can be restored.
If certain parts are accidentally damaged during assembly, we can manufacture new parts for replacement and send them to the buyer. However, the shipping costs for these replacement parts will be covered by the buyer.
If a buyer reports an issue with their order, such as missing items or damaged parts, they must provide video evidence proving our fault within 12-24 hours of their initial request.
If no video evidence is submitted within the specified timeframe, we will only refund 30% of the item’s value.
All evidence, including photos and videos, should be sent to our email address.
This policy ensures fair handling of disputes and helps prevent misunderstandings.
Customs fees incurred during the shipment of the order, in case of a return or order cancellation, are the responsibility of the buyer.
- For USA
If you're in the USA, no need to worry about extra fees during delivery, if the order is under $800.
- For EU and UK
If you're in the EU or the UK, it's a good idea to keep your order under $150. Etsy will handle VAT and you don’t need to pay anything additionally.
- For Australia
If you're in Australia, aim for one order with a value under $600. Etsy will collect GST for orders under $1000 AUD.
- For Canadа
If you're in Canada, you'll likely need to pay taxes upon delivery. Etsy doesn't collect GST/HST for orders shipped to Canada.
If your taxes are paid on Etsy, you will have Etsy's invoice. This ensures that you won't be charged taxes twice. If you haven't paid any taxes on Etsy, be prepared to settle them during delivery.
If the order was not delivered due to incorrect recipient information provided by the buyer, no refund will be issued. Please carefully verify your details - address and phone number - when placing an order. No refunds for unclaimed packages. These parcels can be resent to the buyer. In this case, the shipping costs are double the shipping cost paid by the buyer.

REFUND FOR CANCELED PURCHASE
In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only near 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.
We kindly remind our customers that if the assembly or use of our products is transferred to another party, any damages or defects resulting from improper handling or construction will be the responsibility of the buyer.
